Breed Guidelines, Fees & Pet-Friendly Amenities

Bring the whole routine—zoomies, rinse-offs, and fresh-air strolls included. At FLATZ 520, pet-friendly living is built into the day with on-site dog parks, a pet play area, and a washing station that helps keep desert dust outside your apartment. With no weight limit or breed restrictions, it’s easy to choose a home around how you actually live with your companions.

Step out for a quick lap on community trails, head to the gated play space, or make cleanup simple before settling in on your patio, balcony, or porch in select homes. Want to see the pet amenities in person? Browse community features or schedule a tour of FLATZ 520 in Maricopa.
